The Strive League is a global online coding competition where students team up with their friends, join workshops led by Stanford, Harvard & Google Alumni and compete to code the best app/game to win their share of the $ 5,000 grand prize.

  • ⁉️ What: An online team-based coding competition with exciting workshops hosted by Stanford, MIT, Google & Harvard Alumni.

  • 🗓️ When: Online, Sunday, 15 October, 10:00 am - 3:00 pm

  • 👥 Who: Ages 8+. Join solo or with a team of up to 3 members. (No coding experience needed)

  • 🥇 Prizes: Up to $ 5,000

Students will use Python to create real-world projects like games and apps as shown below.

What happens on the day?

10 am kick-off.

10:10 am-11 am coding workshops.

  • Beginner.

  • Intermediate.

  • Pro.

11-11:45 am parent talk - how to introduce coding to kids best and how tech & AI affect university admissions

12-1 pm lunch break

1-2 pm Kahoot & Games.

2:10 - 3 pm coding workshops

Crimson Grand Champion - $750

Omnidesk Best Pro - $600 in Omnidesk vouchers & $50 for each team member.

Omnidesk Best Intermediate - $600 in Omnidesk vouchers & $50 for each team member.

Best Beginner - $600 Strive Scholarship & $50 for each team member

Pilot Pro Runner Up - $300 in Pilot stationery & $25 for each team member.

Pilot Intermediate Runner Up - $300 in Pilot stationery & $25 for each team member.

Community Favourite - $200
